We select the best euro-style designs and have them manufactured in different factories, worldwide. Some products are held in US warehouses, others come direct from our manufacturers.

Yes, you can rest assured that shopping with us is safe. You’re protected by the most up to date security systems and encryption software to ensure your personal details are kept safe and secure.

We offer FREE standard shipping to any destination in the continental USA, Canada and the United Kingdom. You may choose expedited shipping if you wish, at extra cost.

Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to amend any details after you’ve placed your order because it goes direct to our warehouse team who will have already begun to process the order.

We don’t offer shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

That depends. Usually, fulfilment, packing and delivery typically takes between 15 and 21 business days. Products with expedited shipping may be delivered more quickly. Note: all shipping times exclude customs/clearance delays (if any.)

HOWEVER, since the worldwide Covid-19 outbreaks have severely affected airline schedules (on which our packages are usually shipped) there may be delays. We’ll supply you with a tracking number, so you can monitor the progress of your package.

That varies by location, so we can’t advise you. We suggest you contact your local customs authority. (Often, there are no fees payable!)

Please be patient. Once the order is shipped you’ll receive an email notification and a tracking number so you can monitor progress of your shipment.

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

Although it’s optional, we recommend including your phone number when ordering. This is simply so your local carrier can contact you to arrange delivery, if necessary. Some delivery agents will not leave the parcel at an unattended address.

We’d be sorry to hear you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item. If it happens, please contact us with your order number, the name/product code of the item you expected to receive, and any further details. We’ll find out what happened and get back to you within 3 business days to resolve your issue.

Sorry, but our system is unable to process exchanges. However, if your return is approved, you can return your item to us and make a new order to receive the item of your choice. Please see our Refund Policy.
